As a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA) one of our ordination questions is, "Will you pray for and seek to serve the people with energy, intelligence, imagination, and love?"

Leading a community through yet another pandemic surge, I have never felt so lacking in these things, so now more than ever before I am reminded that, " . . . the greatest of these is love."
