## Caption

As one of those M-List author types, self-promotion is a huge part of the book process. It is a generally terrible part, but I'm proud of #InDefenseOfKindness, so I don't mind asking people to keep me in mind for book groups, conferences, and all-campus reads.

Since the launch 6+ months ago, I have been joining book groups across the country, speaking at online gatherings, and beginning to commit to in-person events into 2022 and even 2023.

Here are deals:

— Buy 10 Copies and I'll join your group via Zoom for an hour. 

— Buy 250 or have an all-campus read and I'll waive speaking fees if you cover travel, room, and board. 

Remember, this is not a religious book and has done well with non-church groups.
