## Caption

My new book, #InDefenseOfKindness is in the marketing phase of its life. We're getting endorsements, booking interviews, setting copy, and revving up the social media machines. I am really excited about this project and am grateful to @chalicepress for taking a gamble on me and my ideas.

Please take a look at the table of contents and you'll see this is not a "just be nice" book, but one that takes seriously the call to justice AND our need to acknowledge the humanity of everyone.

This is also not a "church" book, but one that I hope will speak to anyone who may be seeking ways to change the world without denying human dignity of anyone else.
