In my hometown of Sacramento, California, June 11th (today) is known as LeVar Burton Day!  In honor of this special occasion, I’m reading aloud his profound, inspiring & sweet picture book “A KIDS BOOK ABOUT IMAGINATION!” levar.burton is a true literacy hero, his work on readingrainbow continues to inspire millions of children around the world to dive into stories! And after recently watching the Reading Rainbow documentary, “Butterfly in the Sky,” I gained an even greater sense of respect and love for all the kindness & book joy LeVar has spread & continues to share all across the globe! Happy LeVar Burton Day!
