W6D1 ✅ High Bar Paused Squats on deck today. I think I’m finally learning how to use my quads during squats. Who knows, they may be growing on me ☺️ 

It’ll be 2 years since I’ve stepped on the platform. I have lots of feeling about this meet since its the first prep I haven't been limited by pain. #7weeksout
