Sarah (missarahglover), who is from Australia, specializes in open-fire cooking and wrote the epic book “Wild” that documented her adventures cooking along the Australian coast. We can’t wait to spend time with Sarah, learn more about her journey, and get some of her best advice.⁠

We’ll kick things off with a cocktail reception, cheese & charcuterie station, and passed canapés.⁠ ⁠

During the demo, Sarah will teach us how to make fire-blistered asparagus and Steelhead shaved smoked trout with butter-lemon dressing. Then we’ll enjoy a three-course family-style dinner on the outdoor patio before roasting s’mores under the stars.⁠
