The Pad Thai Chai Ya at pring_nyc is for all my seafood lovers out there! This beautiful dish is Southern coconut pad thai with tamarind sauce, shrimp fat paste, grilled shrimp, lump crab, softshell crab! The lump crab and softshell on top really make this for me, the sauce is also different as well, more sweet and flavorful! 🦐 🍜 🇹🇭
