Coffman is proud to have provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering for the first-ever combined YMCA/YWCA (located in Spokane, WA and constructed in 2008) and is even more excited to see the project achieve a USRC Silver Rating this year. The designation recognizes buildings that are resilient to natural disasters and achieve important qualities for safety, limited building damage, and a short recovery time. Congratulations to the ymcainw YMCA of the Inland Northwest and the entire design/construction team.
