## Caption

Construction is quickly coming to an end on the Park & Market project. This 34-story high-rise residential tower, four-story mixed-use office building, and single-story retail building – all built above four levels of subterranean parking, will serve San Diego nicely when complete this summer! Coffman designed the smoke control system and is currently performing smoke control special inspections on the project.
