“Today, I had my student back in the shop and we were working on his granddaughter's jewelry box. 

He is learning a ton and he is getting much better week by week. This week he worked on cutting the top and bottom of the box from a walnut log. He got everything sized and glued. Next week we will work on cutting the box into a top and bottom and shaping the sides.”
