## Caption

Tonight at 7pm at Harry Thomas Rec Center, the Scandals will conduct our first practice in over a year!

We will be meeting every  Monday and Wednesday at 7pm from hereon. 

All teammates, recruits, and anyone interested in learning to play rugby are highly encouraged to attend.

We will follow CDC Guidelines and DPR recommendations as well. 

It is strongly encouraged that you bring the following items with you to practice tonight:

Cleats
Water
Masks
Mouthguard
Hand Sanitizer
Rugby Ball
