When: Boots on and moving by 6:45pm. Warm-up starts at 7pm. End by 9pm.

It will be HOT tonight! Be drinking water and eating right for conditions.

Bring your rugby kit or hot weather athletic clothes, plenty of water, mouthguard, ball, and boots/cleats. For rookies, you likely will not have all of these items, but bring what you do have. If you don’t have rugby cleats, then soccer cleats or athletic shoes.
