Flashback Friday for some personal inspiration and maybe it will help one of you out too during this time (worth it to check all the post-its!) 🤗🤽🏼‍♀️🙌🏼 Circa 2010/2011 when I was still in high school and trying to make my dream, the Olympic team. I had written up these quotes (some I quoted myself 🤣) to put on my bathroom mirror at home to look at Everyday for motivation knowing the rest of the team was in full time training in SoCal. I used these as a reminder of Who I want to be, How I want to be, Why I want to be, & I even had a post-it with a swim set I absolutely FAILED at during a National Team practice to remind me Where I want to be when I re-joined the team! 🏊🏼‍♀️ Decided to share as this was one way I got through that difficult time and it lit a fire in me today! 🔥
