Spotlight is now on Brother Junior Gary!

Brother Gary served as an intern with USA Baseball, contributing to the dynamic Player Development Pipeline.

During his time, he executed comprehensive assessments that gauged the cognitive and athletic capacities of athletes. Through this experience, he honed his ability to evaluate talent and offer guidance in refining essential skills, including enhancing bat speed, precision in ball pitch placement, exit velocity, and much more.

Brother Gary’s involvement in the PDP initiative centered on identifying the country's most promising prospects, as recognized by MLB, in order to elevate my potential as a forthcoming MLB scout. This endeavor proved highly successful, fostering valuable connections with entities like the Texas Tech baseball team, Baltimore Orioles, Atlanta Braves, New York Yankees, and Milwaukee Brewers.

Building on this internship, we are excited to see Brother Gary embark on a new chapter this autumn, collaborating with the UNC Charlotte baseball team within their data analytics program, with the potential for future roles in scouting and recruitment. Way to achieve, Brother! #nupesdoitbetter
