For the longest time, I was advised against sharing my mental health struggles with others. I was warned that people would treat me differently and that it would hinder my professional opportunities. However, I am here to tell you that this couldn't be further from the truth. I have friends who would go to war for me and I have EXCELLED in my career. 

My struggles have transformed me into an open book, and I am now seen as a beacon of strength and encouragement for those around me. 
My journey has inspired others, and I have become a source of advice for those who are struggling.
