When restaurants announced the reopening of indoor dining after a prolonged hiatus, important decisions had to be made. Which Michelin-awarded restaurants or sushi omakase were worth leaving the apartment for? First on the list is Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a scenic 90-minute drive out of the city. It is a two-Michelin starred restaurant that’s been around for thirteen years. My dinner date this.is.dchang and the farm-to-table dining experience were exceptional, of course.
