Fasting and Electrolytes

With the new year comes new health goals and many people have begun implementing intermittent fasting into their daily routines for all the amazing health benefits this strategy brings! Intermittent fasting has been a long time part of my LEAN program and from the very beginning I knew that in order for my clients to feel their best during a fasted state, supplementing electrolytes was really important.
