As we head into the dog days of summer, these electrolyte popsicles are going to be on my daily rotation!

Easy to make!  So many different flavor options! Zero Calories! Zero Sugar! And your whole family will love them!

Start by mixing 1/2 -1 scoops of your favorite goultima electrolyte mix in with enough water to fill your popsicle molds.  Fill your molds and freeze!  It is that simple! 
These popsicles will help keep you hydrated and all your electrolytes balanced during the crazy heat in the coming month! To celebrate the end of summer I have partnered with goultima for a fun giveaway!
