Healthy meals in a flash! I don’t know about you guys but this summer has been crazy busy! I have found myself eating more fast food than ever and that does not align with my health goals so I needed to make a change! 

That’s why I decided to grab a realhomechef meal this week to make getting at least one healthy meal on the table a breeze! Now you know I have a family of four and two pretty picky eaters so I wanted to show you how I made these realhomechef meals from krogerco work! 

1st I grabbed a realhomechef grill kit, grilled peach and almond glazed salmon to be exact! Knowing that this only serves two people, I picked up two additional salmon filets and some seasoned green beans, also from realhomechef This is how I made it work for my family of four. realhomechef meals take most of the work out with pre measured ingredients and everything you need all in one place! 

Just a little mixing and time for baking! 20 mins laters I had a delicious meal for four on the table ready to eat! And this one turned out to be a fan favorite! My kids like salmon BUT they loved it even more with this peach preserves on top! So note to self, adding peach preserve every time I cook salmon moving forward! Knowing that each week a can grab 1-2 realhomechef meals to make will take a lot of guesswork out of eating healthy!
