Had to share this AMAZING burrata salad I whipped up this week!

Wow! It was so easy and so YUMMY!

Simple ingredients!
Tomatoes
BURRATA
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Balsamic glaze
Optional crunchy onions

Next time I will add some shredded chicken just to up that protein factor but this was such a winner for summer time!
