🚜🌾🍽️ We were thrilled to attend the Sierra Oro Farm Trail Farm to Fork Dinner hosted at the beautiful TJ Farms! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow farmers, celebrating the richness and diversity of our local agricultural landscape.

The locally sourced menu featured smoked beef brisket, complemented by seasonal vegetables and a luxurious creamy risotto crafted with our very own rice from Lundberg Family Farms. And of course, a sweet conclusion with smoked s'mores!

Building strong connections within our agricultural community is not just about sharing stories; it's about fostering collaborations that elevate our industry. As farmers ourselves, we understand the heart and hard work that goes into growing food to be proud of. This Farm to Fork event was a testament to the dedication of our local farmers, a showcase of the fruits of their labor.
