Have you tried salted watermelon? This Watermelon Bruschetta packs the same flavor & freshness into one crispy bite. 🍉

INGREDIENTS
1 bag Lundberg Sea Salt Rice Cake Minis 
1 cup watermelon, small cubes
1⁄4 cup ricotta
2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
2 Tbsp. basil, thinly sliced
Feta crumbles, for garnish
Olive oil, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Arrange Rice Cake Minis on a plate and spread ricotta onto each.
2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, top with small cubes of watermelon, and add basil and feta crumbles. Garnish with a thin drizzle of olive oil.
3. Devour IMMEDIATELY 😋
