HERE WE GO! Imma just say this Track speed is different from NFL speed... both are equally talented. Go ahead and argue in my comments. I’m here for it. Can’t wait to watch. He will be impressive and it’s courageous for him to run at our race 🏁. ⁣

1. Dont let the title of the race fool ya. DK Metcalf is running at a race that it’s not our most elite race but it’s a good one to get a gadge of where he is at. ⁣

2. I don’t think he will run a the time that makes the 🇺🇸 Olympic team. Might not even grab an Olympic Trials qualifying time. I’m guessing his time will be close to average collegiate men’s 100 time. I guess 10.4 at best 🍿 ⁣

3. he will be running without football pads and equipment, so he should really be able to put the burners on now that he is freeeeeeeee 😂⁣

But he weighs 229 pounds the average male pro sprinter weights 180-190 pounds , so he is still carrying extra weight to run with.

4. please don’t get hurt… meters greater than yards. I really hope he has done some over speed training to prepare for running 100 meter race.  It’s easy to run relaxed if you are the fastest but he is about to see pure speed which may cause him to press and tighten up. And many pro sprinters have pulled hammys pressing too hard. ⁣

5. If he wins Pro Track athletes will never stop hearing about this⁣

6. he won’t win⁣
⁣
7. but if he by chance wins against all odds track athletes will immediately say it doesn’t matter because the top sprinter was not in the race or it’s not the Olympics… we will be prepared to defend our sport at all costs 😂😂🇺🇸💪🏽 we have a cop out regardless 🤣⁣
