BREAKING NEWS: San Fransisco Giants claim 3B/1B Colton Welker off waivers from Rockies. Welker, 24, was recently DFA’d by Colorado only a couple days, after dealing with a season-ending shoulder injury. The Giants have recalled him to the minors and placed him on the 60-day IL 

In 2022, Welker has slashed a .324/.422/.514 along with a .936 OPS, with 2 HR/ 7 RBI and 12 H through 37 AB
