You guys this is over 40 lbs lost. I'm not one to want to talk about this weight loss journey because for me it was embarrassing. It was hard for me as someone who has been in fitness my entire life (from dance to training to bodybuilding) to have gone thru whatever it would take to put on a large amount of weight from where I used to sit around 120 lbs soaking wet. Years of depression followed by a few surgeries and an emotionally abusive relationship will do that. But what matters is what you do AFTER to get yourself back.

I am stronger now than I have ever been and there is no turning back. Am I where I want to be? No, not yet. I will always want to get better and improve and get stronger. Do not let anyone tell you what you can and cannot do. This body is a gift and we are to treat us as such. Surround yourself with a legit tribe that will push you and believe in you and not let you quit, even when you get inside your head. My friends may be few but they are solid and I'm thankful for that.
