YOU GUYS. I just did my first float ever and I was nervous (enclosed spaces by myself...) and it was AMAZING. You have to try it. I have not been able to relax my body and brain like that in so long (or maybe ever) and I feel so amazing. Hips feel awesome. Back feels awesome. My traps are even relaxed right now and you all know that's serious. If you are in the Louisville area, @acquawellness is the BEST. So glad I have them to rely on to keep my body recovered in the sauna and now the float tank too.
