#tbt to that first bikini competition. I was soooooo nervous and felt like I should have trained harder. I've learned that even if I am more prepared than I ever been I will always feel like I should have done more. I have also learned to use that energy to set higher goals for myself rather than tear myself down for past performance. I can't say that I miss the sparkly purple bikini....I have definitely found my 💙 in weightlifting and can't wait to see how far I can take it. Also can we just appreciate those baby quads?!?!
