Excited to join the #UCAN family!
 
I try to eat pretty low carb and low sugar to stay fit, but I need fuel before games that will help me sustain a high level of performance without impacting my weight.  Soooo I am excited I found genucan - a different type of carb that doesn’t cause a spike and crash and keeps me going strong throughout the entire game or run!
