We’ve got to be honest, we kind of like the look of these trucker mirrors on the Kombi. It’s a little symbol of the badass bus that he’s evolving into.

We asked skinnerclassics to help us install them, not for the looks, but for the better vision - the chaotic roads of Asia will surely demand it!

However during the first drive of our new cb_performance engine the flippin Mirror shattered!! 😤

No, not because of the rumble of the 75% more powerful motor, and no, not because Skinner installed it wrongly. He doesn’t know how to do a bad job!

The mirrors fell out and smashed because they were 💩

Even before they smashed they vibrated like crazy and you couldn’t see anything anyway - pointless.

We switched back to some stock chrome wolfsburgwest mirrors. They might not be “badass”, but they are made well and they actually work, you tell us what’s more important?!
