We lost two heroes two years ago, Sergeant Michael Paredes and Officer Joseph Santana, when they responded to a call and were ambushed by a felon. 

We will never forget their legacy of courage and dedication, and we will continue to put on our uniforms and badges in honor of our heroes to serve our community.
