PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIE BARS 🎃🍪 

This is the perfect cozy treat to whip up over the weekend! And if you’re not a frosting person, they’re just as delicious hot out of the pan!

Ingredients:
Duncan Hines Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
1 large egg
1 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup pumpkin purée

In a large mixing bowl combine the Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and pumpkin purée. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the batter to a lined baking dish and place into a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Spread the vanilla frosting on top and add sprinkles. Slice and enjoy!
