Butter-beer Milkshake 🍺⚡️

Calling all Harry Potter fans! This creamy butter-beer milkshake is perfect for a late night movie marathon or Halloween party! 

Ingredients
-2-3 cups vanilla ice-cream
-1/4 cup cream soda
-2 tbsp butterscotch chips
-butterscotch syrup 
-whipping cream 

Place the ice-cream, cream soda, and butterscotch chips into a blender, blend until smooth.
Drizzle the butterscotch syrup into a glass and pour in the milkshake. 
Top with whipped cream and extra butterscotch chips to garnish.
