Cake Mix Cookie Monster Cookies 🍪 

Cake Mix cookies are my new favorite thing because you can whip them together in no time flat and they are so delicious! 

Cookie Monster Cookies
-vanilla cake mix
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup chopped Oreos
-1/2 cup chopped chocolate chip cookies
-1/2 cup white chocolate chips
-blue food coloring
-cream cheese frosting (find the recipe in my book)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the cake mix, eggs, oil, and food coloring into a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pour in the chopped Oreos, cookies, and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.

Scoop balls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until fully cooked. Allow cookies to cool before frosting.

Pipe a swirl of cream cheese frosting (recipe in my bake-book Caketopia) and top with chocolate chip cookie crumbs.
