After my Jelly Roll Cake fail last week, I was intent upon trying it again and getting it right this time! 

I put all your tips to work, ditched the cake mix, and used loveandoliveoil ‘s recipe.
I’m not going to say I knocked it out of the park, but progress is definitely something right? It was delicious which is the most important thing ☺️

The original has piped strawberries, but I switched it up and went with cherry blossoms with a bit of cherry filling in the middle 😍🌸
