So refreshing and perfect for those winter blues! Inspired by sweet_essence_ 

Stabilized Whipped Cream Recipe-

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons unflavored beef gelatin 
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Place the heavy cream into a chilled mixing bowl and whisk in the gelatin powder.
2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat on high until thickened.
3. Transfer to a piping bag and use right away.

I added nature.restore dried strawberry powder to vanilla cake batter which have these cupcakes the most delicious flavor! I also added a spoonful of strawberry filling to each cup before baking.
