Easy Rudolph Cupcakes! 
🎄🦌🎄🦌

Start by piping a swirl of chocolate frosting onto a cupcake with a Wilton 1A piping tip.

Melt some dark chocolate/candy melts and pipe the reindeer horns onto parchment paper.

Insert the chocolate horns into the top of the cupcake.
Add two black sprinkles for eyes, and a small red gum-ball for the nose! 🌟
