Cream Cheese Stuffed Sugar Cookie Bars 🍪 

How to Make-

•Cream Cheese Filling
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Whisk ingredients together until smooth.

•Prepare your sugar cookie dough (recipe from beyondfrosting )

•Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and add half the prepared sugar cookie dough. 
•Next, add a layer of the prepared cream cheese filling, followed by another layer of cookie dough.

•Top with ghirardelli sugar cookie white chocolate squares and place into the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F for until golden brown.
