He’s got the whole world in His hands.

“The earth and everything in it, the world and its inhabitants, belong to the Lord; for he laid its foundation on the seas and established it on the rivers.” Psalms‬ ‭24:1-2

I just remembered the song I learned as a kid in church, probably Awana or VBS, 

“He’s got the whole wide world in his hands. 
He’s got the wind and the rain in his hands. 
He’s got the little bitty baby in his hands.
He’s got you and me sister in his hands.
He’s got ev’rybody in his hands.”

How true. Let’s not forget, this is God’s world. This is God’s creation. We are God’s creation. Not our own. All we have is God given dominion over it and the life in it. All power to Him. His greatness is shown from the worms in the ground to the tallest mountain tops and from the depths of the sea to the life we live. He loves and cares for all of it as His own, because it is His own. The vastness from each snowflake having its own unique pattern, the twigs in the trees, the intricacies of the human body, the water cycle, and so many insanely complex things, meticulously created by Him so that they all function in perfect order. That’s pretty cool. 

“The life of every living thing is in his hand, as well as the breath of all humanity.” Job‬ ‭12:10‬

“God is enthroned above the circle of the earth; its inhabitants are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like thin cloth and spreads them out like a tent to live in.” Isaiah‬ ‭40:21

And there’s over a dozen more verses with this thought in mind of God’s almighty hands and power but also love and care for the Earth He created. He has your best interests in mind, and everyone and everything else’s for that, because you are His creation. This is His world. Go and see the splendor of it.
