This month, we’re celebrating 20 years of thekillers’ hit record ‘Hot Fuss’! ☀️ Did you know that the album’s hit song “Mr. Brightside” was only the second song the band had written together?  In an interview with nmemagazine , lead singer Brandon Flowers talked about the meaning of the song and stated that “All the emotions in the song are real. When I was writing the lyrics, my wounds from it were still fresh. I am Mr. Brightside! But I think that’s the reason the song has persisted – because it’s real.”
