“The restaurant and bakery owned by Alicia Hinze has announced Tuesday that it will open in late July in the Gateway Northeast Building at 2445 Northeast Marshall St., opposite Betty Danger's Animal Farm…."We consider The Buttered Tin to be a place where culinary artists bring wholesome farm-to-table food to the mid-rise neighborhood," Hinze said. "Like our building in Lowertown, our new corner location is surrounded by glass, bright light, and friendly faces. We hope to become a welcoming staple where the Northeast community can gather around wholesome food, relax, have a drink with friends and family, and share celebrations," she added.”
