Like Danielle, we believe in locally sourcing our ingredients, and we believe in women supporting women. This month, we are showcasing each talented women chef with a recipe included in the new James Beard Foundation cookbook, A Place at the Table, which features signature recipes from 20 honored alums of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.

The Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, a visionary collaboration between The James Beard Foundation and Audi, founded to recognize, uplift, and celebrate the innumerable contributions of women in the culinary field.

Showcasing each fabulous woman chef in this cookbook is our way of paying it forward and supporting the visionary women working to make the restaurant industry more equitable, vibrant, and diverse.
