Congratulations to our own Alicia Hinze and her delicious recipe for Perfect Vanilla Cake!

We believe in women supporting women. This month, in honor of International Women’s Day, we are showcasing each talented woman chef with a recipe included in the new James Beard Foundation cookbook, A Place at the Table, which features signature recipes from 20 honored alums of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.

Alicia was honored to be invited to participate in The Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, a visionary collaboration between @beardfoundation and audi, founded to recognize, uplift, and celebrate the innumerable contributions of women in the culinary field.

Showcasing each fabulous woman chef in this cookbook is our way of paying it forward and supporting the visionary women working to make the restaurant industry more equitable, vibrant, and diverse. It's also our way of thanking cookbook contributors judy.kim, maeve_sheridan, and linda.xiao for making this book look so beautiful.
