My Pro Tip for having the perfect number of fresh-baked cookies on hand…

If you love warm, out-of-the-oven cookies, but don’t want dozens of tempting cookies hanging around the house, I have the perfect solution. Make a large batch of your favorite cookie dough, then line a freezer safe container with parchment paper and scoop or lay out your cookies. Freeze your container of fresh shaped cookie dough. Then, you can take out only as many as you want at a time and bake to treat yourself to fresh cookie heaven!
