The James Beard Foundation Women Entrepreneurial Leadership is now accepting applications.😊 Our owner and pastry chef, Alicia Hinze, was selected in 2018 for the Women Entrepreneur Leadership training.

What did the experience mean to her? “First, it was a huge honor.  To be selected, you have to have proven yourself with a minimum of 3.5 years of running your own restaurant. Second, I met kindred spirits from across the country – women who know intrinsically the joys and challenges of running restaurant. I formed a network of female chefs and restaurant owners across the country and those connections remain supportive today,”
