This has been my new motto lately. Working on setting boundaries and putting myself first. 

So often I stretch myself so thin to try and please everyone but in that process I’m hurting myself. 

I am working on saying no, sticking to my routine, and surrounding myself with energy that uplifts, motivates, and inspires.
