Mobile Home Parks are the only asset class that actually decreases in supply on a yearly basis.

Many parks are being scraped for redevelopment. What we like to do is buy these parks that would have been redeveloped and bring them back to life.

This business model comes with challenges but also brings great rewards for all parties involved.
