Some great skill unlocks this week! For starters Jess and I have never done h2h press to extended, we did a cleaner one but as always, the camera wasn't on. This one was after about an hour of work so it got a bit shakey but it still went up so I call it a win.

After we went to standing and again, Jessica did her first shape change in the air! Again very happy with this and excited for the warmer weather to have more fun training out in the sun 🌅
