Its quite crazy what a year will change. Second photo is from mid-spring 2020, one of my first attempts at (intentionally) opening my back in handstand. Now, this handstand is almost comfortable (😅). My shoulders and upper back still have trouble opening but as I continue to train, I hope to see that improve as well!
