Hook kick was my least favorite kick, but now it’s one of my favorites that I used to score with a lot 👍🏻

Cool thing about hook kick is that you can adjust the distance of the kick by bending the knee. Therefore it’s very useful in both far and close range! You can always increase the impact of the kick if you kick with the heel or follow through with a fast knee bend.

It’s a very popular kick in both point and full contact fighting so give it a try!! 👍🏻
