Some benefits of the mask include:
-well structured mask
-highly breathable
-size adjustable
-nose bridge adjustable
-nano-filter to block off virus and bacteria
-anti-fogging if you wear glasses

The mask fits your face very well, so it does not move/shift when abruptly changing directions. I performed my kata 100% but it was highly breathable! The mask does not stick to your face when taking deep breaths.
